Walking into Santiago was fulfilling but disappointing. Like life your journey was in order to become remembered, not the anticlimactic finish. I enjoyed watching Andrew float do some fishing. It was new to me, but very common on the west coast. Without effort, he was able to lay out 150 feet of collection. Lunch and dinner was sometimes a small affair, but often we ate away from our home base many of us were off on a journey. If we were home early enough we ate on the terrace, which was a wonderful place to meet, eat, and have a discussion. Personally, I enjoyed the view from my bedroom window and really enjoyed being at Pastine reading, relaxing, writing, and napping, while the audience went sight-seeing.
